    Circuit Training

    I have to be assessed next week and i have to create and instruct a CT course.

    I have to create a course with at least 6 exercises and the course must work most of the body.

    Would just like to read the input and ideas of people in this thread.

    Press ups.
    Burpees.
    Squats
    Leg raises(kicks/pushes)
    Sit ups.
    Torsils.

    20 of each. then 15. then 10. then 5.

    Very starting amount depending on level of fitness of people participating.

    You can introduce breaks between sets if you want, or give 1 minute skipping or something.

      30 second break

      20 mountain climbers

      30 second break

      20 prayer squats

      30 second break

      40 stationary lunges (20 right, 20 left)

      30 second break

      20 pull ups (regular grip)

      30 second break

      20 crunches

      30 second break

      3 planks for 1 minute each

      30 second break30 second break

      20 wide width pushups

      30 second break

      40 calf raises

      30 second break

      20 heismans

      30 second break

      20 running stance jump squats (10 left, 10 right)

      30 second break

      20 curl ups

      30 second break

      40 oblique crunches (20 left, 20 right)

      30 second break

      bicycles for 20 seconds
      ----------------------------------------------------------------

      That workout will work most of the body and should get you working up a sweat.
