I'm a ***** when it comes to getting things started, I want everything to be perfect...
But I've been better now... I used to watch a gang of motivational films on youtube (I still do), but back in the days I watched it and that's it. Wait till either next Monday (I was a Monday person), or if I was good, the next day to get into it.
To me, and this is to me only, the ONLY real motivating way to get my ass working is to actually do some work itself, I need a jump start, and doing the workout is a jump start, sure it may not be your best... I have had times when I had a long lazy lay off and come back to find that I was doing really crap, but if I kept at it, I get my groove back, and even better.

I have some videos i will post on here when I have 15 post. They are good I will get them to you. My opinion is study people who have become successful and that will help... Look into sports psychology and read the book Mind Gym.. Also Yoga and mediation are huge, in my opinion. Another thing is switch up the training always re shock your muscles and re shock your brain break the monotony, always evolve in the gym. You just gotta master your mind that's pretty much the hardest thing to do but once you can do that everything else falls into place.
