    Your workout wardrobe

What are you guys wearing to run, lift, train, box, ect? Also, what shoes?

I use to be the Rocky Balboa type, running in old sweats or basketball shorts and beat up cotton t-shirts with my old sneakers. A few years ago I finally decided to get me some nice gear, and I can't go back now. Now I typically wear compression shirts and shorts by Nike Combat or Under Armour when I'm at the gym. Very form fitting but comfortable as it the material is very lightweight. I like the sleeveless compression shirts when I'm boxing, along with semi loose shorts and boxing shoes of course. Shoes I usually go with Asics (if I'm running) or Under Armour if I'm training.

Usually something like this except I like brighter/louder colors that stand out

I've had fighters that got crazy if their rope was folded wrong!!!! I learned to send a second with them ahead of me, I space the time to get there, wrap their hands and get warmed up and ring the damn bell! After the fight the second is in charge once again. I had 3 guys that were like this and all 3 were pains in the azz!!!

Put something on thats ...Clean! Then when your done take it off and wash it!

I keep it simple. T shirt, bdu pants, and boxing boots.
