Track your calories and macros (protein, fat, carbs) it will give a better idea of where your at and what you should be doing

You should take some protein foods in your breakfast to get help for your muscles recovery and also to boost energy for your game.

Caffeine holmes, unless you have an underlying heart condition, in which case you shouldn't be boxing in the first place, but Caffeine is the best supp by far.

Besides that, watermelon, apples, etc. Chicken rice, all that good ish holmes.

          Healthy foods bro...

High protein lentils and beans along with high protein leafy greens (spinach, kale, broccoli, sprouts, corn, hemp seed and oil)
          Rice/pasta (carbs) before training.
          Lots of water
Try and limit dairy and meat to when you only really need it if at all.

Calculate your macro needs depending on body weight. There are a ton of these tools around on the internet. (about 1.4 g of protein/ 1 kilo bodyweight)

In terms of being pro this late. All id say is this never limit yourself.

Yeah, get your Omega 3s. Fish oil is a great, cheap and easy supp to take regularly.

Penut butter and bread isn't necessarily bad but if you must get organic / all natural peanut butter. Also, today's milk isn't all great for your body. Notice how we are the only country to drink cows milk? Anyway you should be or at least in my opinion drinking some form of protein shake. You should be consuming protein a few times a day. If you can't eat, supplement with shakes. Make sure you do your research and not just buy some protein power you see at GNC.

Some form of multi vitamin is important too unless you are seriously tracking your food and know for a fact you are getting all your daily vitamins. Again, make sure you research what vitamins to get. Supplements is a huge business and with that comes CHEAP supplements with expensive marketing. So again, do your research.

Finally, I'm sure you know but drink a lot of water. It's good for you and helps detox your body. Another thing, try and get at least 8 hours of sleep per night especially on training days where your body needs time to recover. Sleep is a HUGE aspect to building muscle, strength and endurance.

Well i just want to say you that your body needs energy to work normally and keep you alive. You get this energy from nutrients in the food that you eat - mostly, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Minerals and vitamins are other nutrients that are also important in your diet to help your body stay ...
