yeah this pills said it will help my craving i train 5 times a week even at work i do sum situps and push up but i get hungry after a workout and eat.. and this pill it will help reduce it. im gonna try it tommrow and its cheap.

What do you end up eating after your workouts

usually just dinner after hitting the gym... i usually eat anything fish in cream.. beef chops n salad. chop suey, friend chicken... i know i tried eating little just salad vegtables and it makes me unsatisfied and restless.

You could try Qsymia. They are approved by FDA. You have to take them and your doctor have to be checking you and your heart rate. Most of this pills will kill your liver if taken for a long time. Most of them got a lot of caffeine to suppress your hunger.

Slow but steady and develop consistant eating habits like recuding your calorie intake by somewhere from 300-500c a day and stay away from foods you should obviously stay away from.

I was fighting at 154 and used to drop 8lbs a workout from water weight alone. 2lbs in 3 weeks, lmao. You've either starved yourself to your limits or aren't working hard enough in the gym, which is it? Or is it both?
