    Don't mess with the weights while shadow boxing for now. Just work on the technique. Its ok to work fast like that for a few rounds but slow it down for a few rounds as well.

    Your elbows flare out while throwing and when in you are just in your stance.

    Bring your hand straight back to your guard after you throw. You throw your punch and instead of bringing our hand straight back into position you drop it then bring it back.

    When you throw a double straight left don't leave it hang out like that. Straight left, hand back to position then straight left.

    Loosen your arms and shoulders up, turn your hips and shoulders into your punches more.

    Your uppercuts and hooks looked good. Pivot your front foot and turn your hips more into your lead hook.

    Your elbows flare out pretty bad on your straight punches and you need a little more extension on your arms. Loosen your hands up and try to get some snap in them, kind of like your flicking something with your fingers.

    Go back to basics and work the one, two. Go slow get the technique. Probably need to get to a gym asap so a coach can correct you consistently.

    You looked much better after you dropped the weights. Right now the weights are just going to create bad habits.

    Didn't look bad but there are a lot of corrections needed.

              ill try to watch some training vids and try ur advices too

              my question is for everyone
              what if i just improve and learn from home then try amateurs straight?
              what is my chances of winning???? are all contestant in the amateurs way better???
              lets say ill work hard for 1 more month at home then go try?
