    Is this a good meal plan to lose weight?

    BREAKFAST:

    Mamey smoothie with silk almond milk

    1/2 small avocado

    5 egg whites

    4 turkey bacon strips

    Snack: Banana or apple or nuts raisins and almonds mix

    Lunch: Tuna with green bell peppers, lettuce, and 1/2 small avocado



    Dinner: leftover tuna from lunch


    Exercise: 45 minutes treadmill running at 8mph and walking all day for 6 hours at workplace basically lol

    I don't know, man. It seems kind of random and maybe done out of convenience. What is the reasoning behind it? You know what I mean? Like, are you thinking about calories, fat, carbs, protein, fiber, etc? You have to ask yourself if every food on that list has nutritional value. Also, it seems kind of restrictive, and where is your fiber and veggies?

      Looks like a diet plan you'd expect for a 7st female student on a budget or a rabbit.

      What is even there about 1000 cals max? Very low in protein and healthy fats.

          I'm trying to lose weight and have lean muscle and abs, I ran 45 minutes today at mph and I felt decent in stamina but my body shape needs to get toned and lean muscle and I need to eliminate fat. I would appreciate if you cant help me out with a diet plan, bro and a exercise plan as well.
