    Heavy bag?

    Hello,
I am 1,85m tall and weigh 69kg and I have a heavy bag with 37kg but I can't even throw a combo on it because it just bounces around when I punch it, I can't even work a 1-2 on the bag correctly! What bag would you recommend me getting? Sand bags, water bags, soft bags, fabrics, weight, brand?

    Thanks for the attention!

Your supposed to move with the bag, a real opponent wont stand in front of you. Footwork is one of the most important things in boxing. Also, if you are new to boxing then you are probably push punching the bag instead of snap punching it.

Yeah I'm supposed to move with the bag but the bag just bounces way too much, the only reason why I can't uppercut it is because the wall doesn't allow him to reach 90?. And no, I already snap the bag instead of pushing it!

Well obviously the bag's too light, sand ****s compress at the bottom and water bags are really expensive. This is what I've been using and it works great, plus it cost me about $5:

Wow man I really enjoyed this idea and it seems super cheap and easy to do! How much will it weigh by the way?

Clarify what you're trying to say here. I wouldn't work out on anything less than a 100 lb bag.

My bag weighs 80 lbs and it's in a corner of a room, and the only reason why it doesn't bounce further is because it hits the wall and comes back! So yeah when I said that the only reason why I couldn't uppercut it was the wall I was being hyperbolic but still, it bounces too damn much!

I see. I would recommend buying or building a heavier bag.
