The Kiva cacao on Amazon is wonderful. From Equador (where the best cacao is grown) and is cheaper than the other equadorian cacao I've found.
There's plenty of other good ones, I've just been having great luck with this one in both shakes and desserts.

And even if the cacao might not help the taste I'm gonna try it out anyway. I'm always looking for stuff that I've never tried before and this sounds like it'll be worth it. You can use powders like that for lots of different things and I've already got some ideas running through my head.

I'd also like to add that half an avocado is also excellent to add to a smoothie. It's particularly good if youre restricting calories. The fat in it keeps you full for hours in between meals and it's got a full range of nutrients in it.
