Leave the calories alone and stop being in such a rush to cut weight...the faster you lose weight, the more muscle you will lose with it. 2 lbs per week should be max. Just do what I suggested in your other thread, stay at -500 and let exercise do the rest, also invest in some BCAAs

BCAAs aren't worth it. You can just get whey protein which has a lot of BCAAs and is much cheaper. Otherwise that's sound advice.

Whey does have them, but you will have to get a slow absorbing whey for nights, which is where the BCAAs would come in to help without buying extra protein.

You mean casein protein powder? BCAAs are quickly digested and very expensive per gram. You don't need slow digesting protein powder for night time anyways. Just make sure you get enough protein in a day and you're fine.

Yes casein, I couldn't recall the name. However, protein during the day is obviously important, but having a very slow digesting protein at night is important so in a calorie deficit your body doesn't feed on muscle tissue. I always liked eating a half cup or more of low fat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt (which I have to sweeten so that might not be the best nighttime thing) chicken, etc.

I just saw this on HBO Vice about how THC in most strains of cannabis triggers appetite...however certain strains also contain THCV which suppresses hunger.

Maybe they have a strain that suppresses penis obsession.
