    what should i do when training?

    i mean when i'm not doing exercises which the trainer tells us to do i'm very busy then but when we're on the bags punching them with our gloves on sometimes he tell us to freestyle on them for a good coupla minutes so what should i practice sometime he tell us to do freestyle punching without gloves so what should i work on?

          Yes, I think a freestyle punch in nature is more like of a shadow boxing which is indeed versatile.

            when he says free style practice throwing your weakest punch, the shots you find hard to land.

            Throw 1, 2 or 3 punch combos but a maximum of 3 punches and then move your feet, throw again 1, 2 or 3 (what ever you feel comfortable with) but your feet need to be moving at the very worst on the third punch

              great thanks for the uplifting i'll practice on my weaker hand just to know how to hit as hard as i can with my stronger hand yh thanks mate.
