Maybe try a camping trip to the red forest near Chernobyl. How badly do you want to melt this weight off?

Ive seen guys lose crazy pounds during fight week, but not everybody is capable of that kind of madness. Chavez Jr. and Gatti did it often - until their bodies would not comply

You can lose alot of weight fast. It all depends if you have the weight to lose to begin with and of course as you start getting closer to the redline you get diminishing returns.

Making weight and losing fat aren’t the same thing. Don’t eat, or drink water and just go out and drink tons of hard booze. You will be like ten pounds lighter in the morning. Fill up on fluids and you can gain it all back by the evening.
You can lose about 2lbs of fat a week as an athlete, and you will be compromised. That means you are dropping your calories by a thousand a day. You will be hungry, weak and irritable. Course you might feel lean and mean. Not bloated.
Someone who is obese can lose much more than that because they are already way overeating and can cut 2k calories out. Cutting carbs will drop water weight. Carbs hold onto water molecules. So expect to piss a lot. You will probably look flat though.
Slow and steady wins the race if you want to be any condition to perform at something.
I can’t stress the mirror test enough. You can see where you are losing fat. Don’t worry about the scale so much. Trust the process. Don’t lie to yourself over your caloric intake.
You need to suffer to lose weight. That’s also relative. If you eat 3k cals then 2k will be uncomfortable just cause you aren’t used to it.
Don’t believe any fad or tricks. If it sounds too good to be true then guess what? It is.
I remember reading how to put an inch or your arms in one day in a muscle mag. Right.
Also don’t believe the “unattainable” physique crap either. Everyone has their strengths weaknesses and reasons of course. But people who weigh 400lbs still work pretty hard at achieving it.

That is 100% true. I also believe, that no diet will help if there is not exercises. Of course each person should choose a plan individually, according to their personal body type and weight. As for me, the works good for the moment. The thing was to find the best combination that works for my body type.

Its best to work it with a nutritionist and a personal trainer for a combined game plan

Simply quit stuffing your face so much.

Adding a consistent physical regime will make you lose weight.

And don't stuff your face with garbage, eat sensibly............Rockin'

But 20 kilos is too much for that period. is also supervised by doctors, but it is much safer than using some kind of diet. So you better think about it.
Extreme low-calorie diets like this can lead to quick weight loss, but most of it is water weight and muscle loss rather than sustainable fat loss. Plus, they can slow your metabolism, making it harder to keep the weight off long-term. If you’re looking for real, lasting results, a balanced diet with a calorie deficit, high protein intake, and strength training is a much better approach. Have you considered trying a more sustainable method like tracking macros or intermittent fasting? Quick fixes rarely work in the long run. Anyone here tried this diet and had lasting success?
