    Getting back into shape

so i wanna get back to living healthy and training.

My focus is to be lean at 83-85 kg im 87-88 now.

Diet: It does change thats why i used /

    Breakfast: Smoothie and fruit salad/yoghurt/eggs/oatmeal
Lunch: Tuna salad with eggs/sandwiches/leftovers from dinner
Dinner: Beef/chicken with vegs and a carbs sort.
snack: Protein shake or protein bar

I have two cheat meals a week, typically pizza or burger.

    Training:
Focus on getting some mass and keep up with my technique i do not compete.
    3-5 days a week
6 minutes rope jumps, 3 rounds shadow boxing, 3-5 rounds heavy bag, 2 round speed bag. After i do 5 sets dips 5 sets pullups and pushups of 10-12 reps weighted the last 2-3 sets, sometimes i also do weights, specially for legs.

    What do you think?

I say mix up the meals a bit. The one thing that drives me nuts during diets or cutting weight, is eating the same thing over and over. if you keep switching the meals, your taste buds will never get bored.

For me, what makes the biggest difference is strictly counting calories. I weigh everything I eat using a digital food scale, and enter it in a phone app called MyFitnessPal.

It has been invaluable to me when cutting to ensure I don't eat too much, or too little. I don't like to cut too fast and risk losing too much muscle or performance.

This, plus never missing a workout can help you get in shape as fast as possible, without absolutely starving yourself. It's hard to stick to a diet if you are hungry all the time, if you shoot to lose a pound per week, it's not so bad.

There are numerous fitness apps out there. Anything special about this one that sticks out?

Wouldnt say anything in particular but its good for tracking my calories. Informative about foods that I over/underestimated in terms of calories too etc.

It's the only one I've ever tried, works so well I haven't felt the need to try any other fitness apps. I wish they could estimate calories burned for weight/resistance exercise, but other than that it is overall just a great app.
