You do a bob and weave to the right and you do a half step to the right with your back leg than slid with your front leg to the right to follow your back leg or you switch to south paw stepping back and pivot with your front leg and swing your back leg to the right

My motto has always been practice makes perfect. Do you stretch the leg at all before starting the workouts?

Just in general I feel awkward and out of place moving to my right.. moving to my left I got alot of confidence and pep in my step . I played hockey for 20 years stopping with my left foot was second nature stopping with my right is something I barely did.

After 20 years of doing it one way I can imagine. Eventually it will feel like second nature.

Footwork drills should help. Practice the correct form going each way. There are also some good footwork drills that can be found on youtube. Jump rope using as many variations as possible with the feet. This will help get your feet and brain connected. You should eventually get to the point where it's automatic. My foot work sucks, but I can feel that its getting better after about a year of working on it

You could YouTube ladder footwork drills. Those are effective.

I did a few searches and came up with Tekashi 69 rap videos.
