Let me give you the scenario. I'm 6' 1", 145 lbs. THATS AN UNHEALTHY weight. I want to get to 155 within two weeks. To do this, I started today by walking around a bit (used to be full out running and exercise), and just now I ate two plates of baked ziti, 4 slices of pizza, 2 no fat ice cream bars, 2 granola bars, 2 puddings, and now cereal. I ate egg whites for breakfast and salad for lunch. I normally eat healthy, but football is coming around and I need ten pounds. Starting tomorrow I have two-a-days which totals 4 hrs of football a day. I know I'd lose weight if I stay eating A LOT of healthy food. I plan on eating protein bars and shakes like a mofo, but can anyone suggest a great healthy way to gain weight fast, including staying in shape and possibly bulking up with lifting weights? Please leave a detailed workout/diet if possible. Thanks!

Are you gonna box or do another sport?
If you're gonna box, there's no need to gain weight.
But if it's for another sport...I recommend to read up Starting Strength. The book is $20-30 but I posted the routine and diet so you can just search for it here. Just do exactly what it says and more importantly the diet. To get bigger, you need to eat big
But if you want to box, no need to gain weight.

Try a book called super squats you will gain muscular bodyweight and a lot of it with the diet and workout in it.It only cost 11 or 12 bucks and if you don't have it you can email me and I can post the diet and workout for you if you like. It works trust me I am 5'5 175 and have a 30 inch waist. I used to weigh 140 but starved myself to make that weight. I easily gained fifteen pounds of muscle naturally doing this program in 6 weeks believe it or not. It is unreal and you only workout 3 days a week. Real old school technique to gaining muscle. I have emailed you the full diet and workout plan for you to do. You being a student I figured you don't have time to wait for the book or the money to waste. I hope it help. Please try it and let me know the results. I've heard about the squats and milks program or whatever but the one I posted is made by the best sport trainers in the world and I've tried it myself and it works great.
