Yeah, I'm not saying anything against the Squats n Milk program. It works well, I'm just saying I tried the Starting Strength one and that's good for mass gain as well as the squats program.

The starting strength program is excellent. Not just for beginners either. One thing you really need to watch though is your calorie intake. I did this program for a 4 months and got alot stronger and bigger but gained alot of fat also. Sure you need a calorie excess but it is easy to overdo it and find yourself with heaps of fat you need to lose. Try to bulk as cleanly as possible!

why would you want to gain, if anything you should drop another 4 lbs and fight at 141 lbs
