LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Kentucky couple has been charged with felony child abuse after police said their 9-day-old child had at least five broken bones.
Louisville police were called by Amanda Yff and Brent Bishop, who claimed the child fell off a bed. They told police the baby had a broken arm.

A forensic specialist examined the newborn and found at least five broken bones, including the humerus and radius in the baby’s left arm, the femurs of both legs and a broken tibia in the right leg. The medical professional also found a bruise on the baby’s head.
Yff said she had fallen asleep and when she and Bishop woke up, they couldn’t find the baby. Eventually, they claim the baby was located face-down on the floor next to the bed, .
An arrest warrant was issued and police went to the couple’s home where they said they found *******, methamphetamines, oxycodone and marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia and a gun
