If a man hit your sister or brother in the face really hard to the point where it caused a great deal of damage and your brother or sister got a gun and shot the man dead. They then call you and want you to help them hide the body. All you know is that the man hit them first. For shooting the man, your brother and sister will be looking at a great deal of time in prison . What would you do in this situation?

I'm not a scumbag so I would turn them in with this weird scenario. If it was justified there would be no need to hide a body. My siblings aren't murderers and if one was I would turn them in.

This sounds like some thug dumb sheeit. A hoodlum talking sheeit, gets his ass whooped, then goes and pulls a drive by, or murders someone then asks an innocent family member for help to hide their heinous crime. That is sucker sheeit for low IQ scumbags. Purge the lot with that p*ssy and cowardly thought process. Just like the scumbags that jump people, I wish those they jump shoot and kill the lot. Tommy you should go to your local community college and sign up for an ethics class. You would have a lot of fun and of course learn a bit... I taught such a class in Baton Rouge Louisiana and it was great! I had a lot of kids who were priming for LSU )Louisiana State University, pre law in the class and we would regularly entertain such scenarios. Oh man, there was this young women who had a kid, a Black Creole beauty, I would practically fall down trying to speak to her straight... Gorgeous she was! She was worried about having no one to watch the kid lol, (remembering all this now lol) so... I told her to get a playpen,some toys, and we put junior in his area, near my desk, every nowand thenshe could check on him... kid was happy, she got to do the class... good times! just remember grateful she was, (no I did not take advantage of that) and how drop dead gorgeous she was.... Lord have mercy.

Ok so... In this situation what is the primary moral driver? Is it:

1) the least amount of harm given the tragic events? where I can reason "one person is dead, do we need my sister to also be destroyed?" if so, then it is a calculation: enter... the deceased individual's family, never knowing about the deceased, versus my sister, me (I would hate sister going to jail), etc... you get the idea.

2) Is it the notion of following the law? Laws protect us all and if we violate them then we all will start shooting each other when we are outraged...

3) Is it the notion of a value we place and friendship vis a vis family? If that crumbum Billeau2 shoots someone and asks Tommy for help... Tommy may well be like "why should I help who is Billeau to me!" But things change when it is a friend, or family. If we do not stick together, let the laws of the land divide us... we may as well have no real friends, or family.


So, your answer to this dilemna depends doesn't it?
