This thread gave me a great idea though. Im going to call first thing tomorrow and try to get out of it by claiming to be racist.

If that dont work, I will just postpone that btch for as long as possible and when I do end up going to jury selection, I will claim to be a racist who is unable to make fair judgments.

You should probably base your assumptions on where the car was found and other factors, not just the stereotypical black things.

If it was found in a non black neighborhood, my guess is it isn’t the brothas.

Also, check the name on the EBT card. If the name is like Tyrone or Rasheeda, then fair assumption. If the name is Rockin or a Hispanic name, unfair assumption.
