I don’t hate My white neighbors because they aren’t idiot far right wing bigots and racists, lying pedophiles, or half vegetable welfare recipients like the posters I argue with.

Actually, the people I smile at are decent human beings and quality American citizens. If you and some others tried behaving like that, I wouldn’t post about you the way I do.
It never ceases to amaze me how dumb and lazy you are, it only took me a few seconds to find the answer to your question that you could have found just as easily of you weren't so dumb and lazy.

According to legal scholar Jonathan Turley, investigators have a plethora of options from which to choose, including:
        • for lewd, indecent, or obscene acts
        • for the misuse of government property
        • for criminal trespass on government property

"The key factor is the fact that this videotape was made with the apparent intent to publish or to distribute," Turley . "*** in congressional offices — by both members and staff — have long been known to occur on Capitol Hill. Yet, this was a public hearing room, albeit closed at the time, and a tape made for what appears public viewing.

"That brings us back to trespass. The question may be whether this was access under legal authority for a staffer. The Capitol police can argue that access to a staff position does not mean a license for entry for any purpose," he explained. "Does a staffer have legal authority to enter any hearing room for any purpose? That could be a defense raised by counsel, but it would seem likely that any access is premised on an official function."

What a douche. No one cares who you sleep with just don't do it in a Senate building and especially filming it. Even if it would have been with a woman you can't be doing this kinda ****. Good luck to him finding a job now lol.

Turley is a Fox TV legal analyst, correct?

He is also argued for polygamy before the Supreme Court.

lmfao. This was the only article you could find.

Talk about lazy and dumb, the part of the article he wrote you didn’t paste, shows this is an opinion piece he wrote where he questions if these are criminal charges. He doesn’t state outright they are.

The other part you didn’t paste, Turley discusses possible defenses. He never states he should be charged with anything.

                  You’re a joke dude.

He’s an educated legal scholar. Now prove what he said was wrong and stop trolling Robbie.
