It’s cuz trans women aren’t women.

The fact that they need to be referred to as “trans” is all you need to know.

This doesn’t surprise me and it should not surprise anyone else for that matter.

Didn't trans people go by cross-dressers back in the day? What in hell's bells changed here.

You can thank Trump for the progress elsewhere. He has given life to the common sense trajectory on this issue. Everyone else is just getting gassed up.

This is going to cause a genuine issue in hospitals.

As in we have male/female bays.

Trans will have to go in siderooms now. Now the practical issue is you put people with infections in side rooms to prevent spread of infection.

So it creates a bed and safety issue.

So you're diminishing safety and availability.

            It is a big problem.

So I can see where this is heading and I can see 99.9% of the UK not understanding this issue until they have a relative sick in hospital waiting for a bed but being on a trolley in A&E for hours, delaying care, and possibly dying.

So yeah, a woman is a woman but this needs to be brought up publically on a national level and it needs to happen right now.

As in what do we do?

People are gonna say put them in the bays that fit their *** at birth. Opening up the NHS to potential legal issues and legal vultures finding a new in.

            It's messy.

That's the ruling now comes the implementation. I think currently you can't have person on ward opposite to what they identify as. So legally that's gone now but could you actually have that person in a bay of patients from the *** they were when born? Would a hospital be protected against legal action as a result of causing distress and or delayed care.

The answer is always side rooms but beds are finite.

This isn't even talking about the issues of 3rd spaces. Surely not in hospitals but in general life.

                Nothing is easy.

I agree with ruling 100% but there is always an issue and the guidance on this needs to be really clear.

If they were actual women they wouldn't care what some government deems them, its fine they can just keep living life as they were regardless of this.

I think cross dressing might be seen as politically incorrect cuz being I guess cross dressing just means looking the part. Like, playing pretend.

I can cross dress tomorrow for fun and go back to regular old me the next day. Cross dressing is like acting.

TRANS is becoming. Hormone treatment. Surgeries. The whole nine yards.

It’s a mental health thing. And it’s not “being g@y” it’s more than that.

It’s literally having your wires crossed up.

Lets say, I’m a dude, but I want to be a women. I need to get all of these things changed and I literally need to become a woman in order to feel like, myself.

That’s why suicide rates are high for this demographic.
