Quick review of arguments made:
1. Floyd was bigger than Chauvin so his neck should have been able to take his weight on his neck.
- Idiotic
2. No one else has died from a knee to the neck.
- proven false.
3. The amount of fentanyl in his system was fatal.
- Proven false as people with 5x that amount have survived.
4. Chauvin performed an acceptable neck restraint.
- Proven false and even his defense team claimed he didn’t use a neck restraint.
5. Chauvin was performing MRT.
- Proven false as even his defense team claims he decided not to use the MRT
6. Chauvin was allowed to keep Floyd prone with a knee on his neck because the area was unsafe.
-2 of his trainers and his immediate superior testified that what he did specifically at that time was wrong and not according to police policy.
- Two of the officers that responded with him admit that they knew they should not keep Floyd prone and that it was unreasonable to do so, and that they should have placed him in the side recovery position. Officer Lane twice asked to put Floyd in the side recovery position. As for Officer Kueng…
As part of his plea agreement, Kueng admitted that he held Floyd’s torso, that he knew from his experience and training that restraining a handcuffed person in a prone position created a substantial risk and that the restraint of Floyd was unreasonable under the circumstances.
Pretty sure that takes care of everything here.

There was no proof he knew it was counterfeit. Maybe he did and maybe he didn't. Doesn't seem like he tried to run off after spending it since he was just hanging out in his car not far away.
Because he thought he was a slick criminal and got away with it. Lot's of criminals actually do that.. they stick around.. aka dumb criminal.
My point is that, if he would have just listen to the pigs instruction then it wouldn't have escalated that far. It's like ya'll keep forgetting this part. You act like the cops showed up and just started attacking him and choking him. Video is there for everyone to see. Did the cop overreacted? Probably did, BUT it was a response to GF resisting.Hector Enrique likes this.

seems as if shoulder roll was correct about the restraint... travestyny it appears as if you have been subject to what is known as 'misinformation'
'The police body cameras appear to show that Floyd, who had a series of previous convictions and had been arrested for allegedly passing counterfeit money in a store near where he was detained, was wildly intoxicated, refused to obey police instructions and had shouted several times ‘I can’t breathe’ when standing up or resisting efforts to put him in a police car. The signature phrase is thus reduced from a dying cry to a possible outcome of drug use.
The police called for an ambulance for Floyd shortly after his arrest: but due to confused messages, it did not appear, though stationed a few blocks away, for nearly ten minutes – by which time Floyd may have been dying. Footage shows two policemen trying to revive him in the ambulance.
Minneapolis police chief, Medaria Arradondo, said on oath in court that his department gave no training on holding a suspect down with the knee after they had been restrained – yet the then current training manual, in section 5-316, appears to , alongside an accompanying training used in Minneapolis, just such a procedure– not one widely used by other police departments, and now dropped by the Minneapolis police.
The clip of Chauvin holding down Floyd, literally the killer fact with millions of views, closely resembles these directions. The clip seems to show that Chauvin’s leg was holding down Floyd’s shoulder, with the knee either on or slightly above the neck. Taken together with an autopsy report that the neck showed no damage, it renders the judgement of murder by asphyxiation less certain than the version promoted by the prosecution, and accepted by the jury.'
