Corolla's logic is flawed. Diversity travels to countries they are booming, not the other way around. Look at China, one of the least diverse countries on earth. It's 99.9% East Asian, and 92% Han Chinese, not a lot of diversity but they are doing well. The better they do the more diverse it becomes.

LA is a falling apart because California as a whole has been falling apart for quite some time. They elect politicians that spend more than they bring in and they tax everyone more to make up for as much of the deficiet they can. They don't have enough money because the state government is too big and requires a lot of money. Big government = governmen involved in everything which makes it harder to conduct business which persuades businesses to go elsewhere.

Mexicans are good hard working people that have values that Mr. Corollas ignores.

Not at all. I live in a community that has a lot of blacks, my brother in law who was one of my best friends in high school is black and most of his friends who were also my friends(we hung with the same group of people), were black also.
