    In boxing terms; was Rockin a bum?

    I'd say he didn't even make it to bum status. More like unknown nobody.

          He wasn't the best, but he grabbed up a bunch of regional titles.

          WBU Making The Same Terrible Arguments For Five Years International Champion
          NABO Insecure Regional Champion (18 defenses)
          WBO Wasting His Time Champion Emeritus (keeps that one for life)
          Rhode Island No One Cares, Dude State Fair Champion
          WBC His Opinion Is Worth Less Than Red K From Pac Boy World Champion

          He also got the WBF Owned by Iceman Scully Asia-Pacific title, but he couldnt affording the sanctioning fees and the belt went vacant.

          I think he had a pretty good career.
