Question of another lie. Tax cuts for the lower classes are typically spent and because they are spent are stimulative. Tax cuts for the rich are predominantly saved. A saved dollar is not stimulative. Why was the tax cut portrayed as to stimulate the economy when the large majority went to those who would save it not spend?

Demand is going down as folks leave areas/States, but CA has a problem in that they've artificially affected supply via Government intervention, and not in a good way.

They've done that via the massive red tape and costs to build housing (or any brick-and-mortar) business.

Not only does that slow the supply of housing being built, but the costs to build as well as all those extra regulations/standards costs builders extra money, and as Gruber explained so succinctly, businesses pass on higher costs to consumers.

So you not only have Government slowing the supply of a product, you have them also artificially inflating the cost of that very product as well.

******* politicians (and their voters) may not grasp The Law of Supply and Demand, but it effects the prices real consumers pay for real products in the real world.

It's really sad what they've done to that place. I know more and more conferences are cancelling going out there, and I heard that even the tourist areas are getting pretty dirty and less safe.
