Sven Ottke is generally underrated on the board due to all his close decision wins that he has. One of the less disputed ones was the one over Glen Johnson. Ottkes win is arguably more underrated than Hopkins'.

is also a underrated win for Armstrong, the fight before Armstrong, Angott had just beat 62-0 Willie Pep.

-Jose Basaora is a underrated win for Jake Lamotta. The fight before Basora had just drew with a 54-1 Ray Robinson, Lamotta stopped him in 9.

-Marcel Cerdan stopping the very capable Harold Green in 2.

-When Ken Norton stopped 38-0 standout amatuer Duane Bobick in just 1 round.

-Rafael Ruelas is a underrated win for Oscar De La Hoya. Ruelas was 43-1 going into the fight, and even the loss was highly disputed. He had made 2 defences of his IBF Title, and Oscar just destroyed him in 2.

-Oscar Bonavena is a underrated win for talented Jimmy Ellis. Only a year previous Bonavena had took a unbeaten Joe Frazier to a MD, and dropped him twice. Ellis was able to drop Bonavena twice take a home a tight but clear decision.
