all you phags are seriously doubting, i didn't think i'd get this reception. if i conjure up the effort to do so, i'll post up a video of me holding up a sign and doing them by video ....
I don't know why i'm defending myself, its not a hard exercise when its all you do, and have done, for like the last 8 months.
200 is really not a big deal at all, i do 100 pullups - the wide handed stance, in about 2 hours.
i gotta say though, seeing you guys type "no way he can do that" has me puffing up my chest, becasue yeah - i do that shiz!

how can you time stamp the pull-ups? i could hold up a sign every set and the time on like a card ... but then there'd be like 15 vids, for 300 pullups.
