Muscle Exhaustion/Fatigure

oh ****s sake this is a boxing forum not a ****ing steroid discussion hes asking about muscle weakness not how many supplements he should take ffs

Maybe, but aussie's got a point. Do things naturally - if your body is fatigued, give it a rest. Don't go taking pills and whatnot if you don't have to. I don't want to turn this thread into another supplements vs. no supplements thread, but it's really getting tiring seeing so many threads about this supplement and that supplement.

Ah well, im prolly gonna wait till i get 18 before i start taking supplements and pills n that **** so over with that. Also, i had some gymnastic at schools the other day, including baseball which means alot of sprinting without too much rest, now i got this HORRIBLE muscle ache in my arm, legs, back and shoulders.. Haven't had any of these in years because i trained all the time but because the rest i had its back once more. Now my mom and almost all the people in my surrounding keeps giving me this **** that i should train even more if you have aches cause it will "help" or something like that.. And i don't really think it would help to train even more when it aches..

( Also, small update on the thing i had earlier, the most of it is gone but im still very tired and quite depleted/sore, seeing the doc on friday as i mentioned earlier )

P.P.S Another side question, Can a doctor find out about what genes i have? my body type etc.. Would be interesting to know.

Small update, Went to the doc yesterday and im going to take several test on monday, both urine, blood and some other stuff.. He didn't jump to any direct conclusions cause hes the careful type.. I will get the results at Thursday once i've taken the tests.
