I've just started boxing and need some advise in the workout an cardio area's
as for me I�m 25 5'10 an around 220 I have around 27% BFI an am very motivated I�m a very hard worker an need a good plan to attack this just need a little advise to start like right now I have a heavy bag, double end bag, jump rope, tire an hammer for hammer swings an weight bench my diet is a little rough an am working on that now. How often should I train an how many rounds should I start with? And should I do 3 min rounds or 2 an 30 sec rest or 1 min rest I will do what ever I need to make this happen so just let me know what is the best approach to achieve the best outcome.
