Bruh, you are a bit too optimistic about going pro in only four years or olympics.

running is one area of expertise i can actually discuss on this forum, knowledgably that is....
i agree with stormin normin....definately run on the dirt or even the street is better then the side walk...
also if you are looking to lose fat...throw in some sprints....it will make your engine turn on from steady to overdrive and youll start to burn more calories that way....
i run five days a week only about two miles but its mostly up-hill and i add in around four sprints....
but thats cuz i gotta get my endurance back...
i used to run cross country back in the day....
            anyways cheers mate,
            and the best of luck!!

Losing weight pretty much depends on what you eat. Honestly the best way is to count calories, they're listed on the boxes of most stuff. 3500 calories is a pound of fat so if you eat 500 less than you need you'll lose a pound a week.
                I never knew that.

wow ill try that i know im 12stone most is mucles i say i got 2stone of fat id say if i was 1-stone id be propa fit and built well gotta go run if i eat 500cals less and run 3milesa my run burns around 400cals so i do that and eat 500cals less i can lose 2pound ina week then next week ill eat 200pounds less and burn more and lose a pound then keep switching so it not to hard ill try sprinting when im tired to push it see ya in a hour keep up the posing and george oreman started boxing at 16 and went olimpics nexzt year so cmon man he won gold then went stright pro so it should be easyer for me if i push hard
