7:20- Quakers organic oatmeal with green tea
10:50- Fruit (What fruit though)?
12:50- Large turkey sandwich
3:30- 185g John west canned tuna (sunflower oil)
5:30- Brown rice
6:30-7:30 1 hour run
8:00 A glass of skimmed milk.
If I follow this 7 days a week I should get my body fat low so I can start working on abs in no time right?
You don't have any vegetables in your diet. Add some. They have vitimins and stuff plus they are really low calorie so you can pretty much eat as much as you want which will stop you from feeling hungry.

you're not gonna lose 14 lbs in one month. More like 3 months (healthy way) especially when you're already 154 lbs (which is pretty low for a 5'11 guy)

if you are exercising properly you dont want to starv your body. try like 8 snacks instead of 3 meals. a lot of fruits and vegtables and hella water. the 8 times versus the 3 times will send your metabolism into over drive and increase your burn. eat slow on the snacks though so your body has a chance to fill full. raw fruits and veg is better to. and take your vitamins for sure.
