cutting body fat diet

    If you're currently maintaining your body fat levels you don'nt need to drastically alter your diet (unless it's atrocious); all you need to do is increase your activity.

    HIIT is incredible for fat loss, so do that 3x a week (no more), and lift weights 2x a week - big compound movements like squats, presses, rows etc.

    On top of that drink plenty of water, look into a protein supplement for after your workouts, and get some vitamin pills.


    I have no idea why on earth you'd want to look like Paul Williams though.

      I'll actually admit that my diet is absolutely terrible at the moment so a big change is necessary.

      I suppose I should add some muscle training. Thanks for the suggestion.

        You don't have any vegetables in your diet. Add some. They have vitimins and stuff plus they are really low calorie so you can pretty much eat as much as you want which will stop you from feeling hungry.
