    i found it hard 2 do the jump bar like rick hatton does any1 got any advance plz

    It's supposed to be hard, that's what makes it a good workout.

    Just keep at it and you will improve. If it's truly too tough and you can only do it like once, then switch to something lower. We just use a regular weight lifting bench at my gym since we don't have a balance beam.

      That's a good plyo work out. Anybody knows how often and for how long he jumps over that thing?

          Do that for a minute and then run to the heavy bag. That has to kill you.

            how to i keep my balnce when i jump over cos i find it hard to control my while jumping over is there any technique i can do wht will help me
