Clearly you think its good so what would you say are the big positives and negatives?
Just about every aspect of your game in the gym. You will gain more muscle, get leaner more efficiently, when you decide to slim down, recover faster, etc...
    Creatine is good stuff.

Its just you have to use consistently

The only downside is the water weight gain. That's it. And nobody that I know drinks all the water they should. If you're training, DRINK WATER. Guys at Marine Corps OCS are drinking like 10-20 pounds or more of water a day.

Water is actually the #1 legal fat burner, come to think of it. Hell, I have the flu right now and I think ima go drink water til I'm better!

you dont know what the **** you are talking about. Creatine doesn't help you at all during the cut.

Ephedine and Caffeine is the way to go

Ephedrine(I can only assume you mean that) is illegal in US for dieting purposes.
It's also quite hard to get your hands on, as it is controlled better then most other drugs.
It is also quite harmful in a long run, as I ran the EC stack myself, which is unlike creatine which you can run for a while without having to feel like a jittery cokehead without a fix. I also should mention that like with any stimulant based fat burners your overall performance in gym and life outside of gym will drop down after about 2 weeks of constant use.

This post, ofcourse, is not intended for you, because you are a troll, but for people who seriously consider how they are going to spend their money on supplementation.

Brooklyn how long have you known this? You experimented with it and came up with this conclusion?

I knew it for a while as a word of a mouth, but it really helped me with my dieting when I finally tried it out. Same goes with having whey protein shakes with every meal. Also a neat trick that helps during cuts. All the fatburning supplements, including EC stack made me worse in the end, I would lose fat, but I also lost too much muscle and retained plenty of water. Basically did not look as good as I hoped.
So non-stim enchanted dieting with a help of fish oil, creatine and some other basic supplements is a bliss, because of easier maintenance.
