Creatine for weight loss thats the most absurd thing I've heard.
Might as well hook yourself on meth since it kills your appetite right?
    lol
The human race is doomed sooner than intended at this rate of thought processing.
I believe you are the one who needs more research. You can do alot of things naturally but athletes are different than your everyday person.

It works both ways, it helps slap on the muscle(although during a cut you are not gonna grow much, but at least creatine will give volume to your muscle which is also beneficial to fat burning), helps preserve the muscle, helps train harder and helps recover better, especially when dieting. Put it this way, more muscle means more calorie burning, better training output also means more fat burning.
it is obviously a given that you are gonna work on a caloric (slight)deficit.

        There are 4 main supplements one should take;

        L-glutamine
        Creatine
        Whey protein
...and one else, which I forgot right now.

Also, one should take powdered creatine because that's the form which has proven to be most effective. But it's important to use the right amount of it, and not any longer than 4-5 weeks at most. Too much creatine in your body will make you perform less than optimal, due to forgotten reasons right now.

I have one of Mackie Shilstone's books, in which he explains all of these things in detail, but I don't know where it's at as of now. Which is why there are forgotten reasons

Mackie is considered the best in his area, but for proof, watch Roy Jones' heavyweight body and Bernard Hopkins' jump from middle to light-heavy.
One could also take a look at the actors in "300".

Mackie believes in high-intensity work-outs with interval cardio and heavy weights.

I tried glutamine......honestly I dont know much good it did.

I got a 1kg worth, so it lasted me for some time. Used to mix it with my protein shake all the time.

I know its not supposed to add any mass or anything, its more of a recovery supplement supposedly, but I didnt feel a difference, felt the same way after work outs and day after as before...

But its true, the key supplements are creatine and protein powders.

And I guess a good multivitamin......but multivitamins make me break out like Im on test. .

I get acne any time I take vitamin A.......need to find a multivitamin that doest have A in it.

I never personally enjoyed any benefits from glutamine. Unlike fish oil. Fish oil is amazing, not just for fat loss, but for skin quality.

Also, something that is actually important for contact sport athletes. Creatine has a neuro protective qualities that prevent brain damage from concussions and overheating(big problem for boxers who have to cut a lot of weight) when it is taken over a period of time.

I've never bothered with Glutamine, I use a little Whey here and there, but I live on Creatine!

I never used Creatine when I was boxing, only started using it when I started Powerlifting.
