    Like others said not as much as I should but 3-4 miles 4-5 days a week

      used to do 18 miles a week
      now at the moment its 0
      looking to change that, lower back problems having subsided so now back on the ball

        thursdays 8 miles
        saturdays 10 miles

          5-6 days a week, minimum 30 minutes a run when i'm in training.

          fat slob, don't move, sit on the couch when i'm not.

            2 Miles 14:50 minutes

            1 Mile for 7:30 minutes everyday

            Marathon run of 5 miles once a week of 2 hours. Slow pace.

            Not really a runner.

              5 mile runs 3-4 times a week.

                3 - 6 miles

                4 or 5 times a week. ( mix it up with interval runs )

                  I had surgery on my left side as a kid, I have a lot of trouble with it. But 2 miles once a week usually.

                      like 45 mins. but i do intervals mostly. to me just running with the same pace (slow) for like 3 hours a day is a waste of time
