You don't even realize this has all to do with training pilots, dumbo. They are going to be hiring 10,000 total new pilots by 2030. Complaining about the pilots not being able to fly after they are being trained to fly and then evaluated, is retarded, dumbass

United, which has about 12,000 pilots, expects to need to hire 10,000 by 2030.

Simple math, dumbo. Even if they hire all 2500 of the women and POC they train, how is that 50% of the 10,000 spots they will attempt to fill for this decade? Especially being that currently they've been at 7% female and 13% people of color. Sarcasm, right?
