P4p it's easily Langford, and by a good margin. Overall I'd probably say Tyson, but Wlad can **** too when the opportunity presents itself.

Langford and Dempsey and Tyson are smaller, but those 3 were real punchers, Sam may be the P4P best but I'd say that Dempsey was the best P4P puncher, but I don't suppose that is what the question is about. Tyson hit heavier than those two much smaller guys and he is a bit shorter and maybe a bit lighter than Baer who I rate above Wlad. Max hit with venom but without the snap of Tyson or Dempsey, Wlad has neither the snap or venom of the other four. So because Tyson was fairly heavy and he had snap and venom and HATE..-------- I'm going for Tyson..... but as I said I think Dempsey was a total killer in the ring, and in his prime he would have completely annihilated the much taller and heavier Baer.

hitting some one hard and catching someone hard are 2 different things.

getting slammed in the forehead with a hard right cross is still better than getting ****** out on the chin when you completely don't see it coming.

I don't think Wlads got a big advantage though, only a bit.

tyson also threw combinations and body punches, uppercuts, overhand rights, etc.
whereas wlad is largely a one punch type headhunter when he's not simply using the jab
he's basically got that big right hand and that's it. the hook almost never comes behind it, at least not for literally the first eight or nine rounds, even though it is a huge punch that can knock a man out.

setting up your punches and picking the right ones is invariably more important in boxing than simply punching hard,
and tyson is the best on the list at doing that as well

if you walk into one (or even worse, punch your way into one) that you cant see, you're in rough shape. your opponent doesn't even have to have a ton of brute power if he can make you run into one

Did someone say Tyson had a slight speed advantage over Wlad? SLIGHT? Come on man. If you can't find at least a hundred Heavyweights faster than Wlad then you either aren't trying or have only been watching boxing for about 5 to 10 years.

I think everyone in this section is well aware of Baer and the power he packed in that right hand. Its just we are talking about some seriously heavy hitters here.

Its Tyson all the way for me, a Chunky thick set guy with violence in his blood who threw his shots with bad intentions and full commitment as well as perfect form.

Wlad at two. I think he could be more devastating than them all but he has to much fear and caution in him, he doesnt commit to his punches. He doesnt let them go with the type of malice that Dempsey and Tyson did. Excellent form though and great natural punching power and size too.

Dempsey is one of the great natural punchers in fact in a p4p setting one of the most deadly, and he was very good at finding a choice spot to land his punches. Dempsey in his prime was also FAST, one of the fastest fighters the HW division ever saw, forget the fights from 1926 on, he was inactive and was gone by then and had lost all his speed. He was fast enough to get inside klitchko land 3 or 4 bombs and be out again before Wlad reacts. But Wlad would just lean on Jack and wear him out with wrestling. If Dempsey lands early in that fight on Wlads very suspect chin...... it's TIMMMMMMBERRRRR.
