You have good speed and it seems like a good jab. You duck well, however, you're not putting your weight behind the hits, remember to hit through the target, not at it. The target is not the bag, **** it, the target is behind the bag, the bag is a wall, break it down. Side step with a hook. Remember not to hit the bottom of the bag, it's hurts like hell, a lesson I noticed you learnt at about 50 seconds in (it shocked you, slow jabs followed). I'm not going to sit and criticise, i've given you a few points to think of. Last being don't wear a loose jumper to work out in, increase drag and it's less comfortable. If people think you're too slim well tell them to knob off, you're chosen sport is to fight, not be a model.

Good luck, you can destroy if you put your mind to it.

Good job Poetree, its good to see somebody really doing it instead of just talking about it.... ya know what I mean.

If I may offer some constructive stuff here........

Learn to walk around the bag instead of just standing infront of it, move left and then try moving to your right. Coordinate the hands with the feet and just move with the shots. You never really want to just stand infront of a guy, ya know. It would work perfect with the way that you dont set down much on your punches yet. Its a classic amatuer style that you have right now. Get those feet moving now with your shots and it will make it so much easier for you in the future when you need to set down on some of the punches. Get yourself in good position and then drop some bombs instead of just standing infronmt and bombing away. Hope that made sense to you.

2-0 so far ah? Good job dude..........Rockin'

You obviously dont need to post it to test if it works.
If you post up a video, be wary, you may receive honest feedback

Don't listen a single person who is just slagging you off. Every person who is training to box or boxes deserves respect because it's probably one of the hardest, most requiring sports out there. You can tell someone who is born to box because they take themselves to the limits, that's what seperates them from the rest. I'm still preparing but like, I bet, most of you i've pushed myself to points where I want to throw up, or have thrown up. Mate of mine does 2.5 mins on a rowing machine at 90% and then stops "it hurts", **** that, we hurt to, we just carry on. So, people really shouldn't criticise unless they're giving pointers because you more experienced should realise we're all just trying to get on in one of the hardest sport out there. Few others will push you on, so we need to do it to each other. We need to help each other and support each other.

You look absolutely terrible. How long you been doing it, 2 or 3 weeks?

What's with the hat too! You look like an photo negative version of 50 cent.
