You do one of my biggest pet peeves in boxing. You pick up your elbow before you jab. When ever I see anyone doing that in the gym I go over I correct it.
Your jab is like a two part motion. You pick up your elbow then you stick out your arm.
It should be one fluid motion. Strait out, twisting the whole way.
When people do that, I just walk up and whack them good in the body when they pick up their elbow because that is what people are going to do to you.
That jab also has no power. I'd recommend you spend 90% of your workouts working on that jab until you have it right, because EVERYTHING is built off a solid jab. Without it, you have nothing.
You have good speed, your a little flat footed, and you carry your weight to far forward for my taste. You need to get up on your toe with your back foot. It is really essential to a good stiff jab.
