meh nothing wrong with old heavy bag vids. that was real good for 4 weeks.
i jus uploaded this one from like almost 2 yrs ago, was 14 then. it's clearly ******ed hahha. o well typical basement heavy bag ****.
I hope i've improved my bag work since, but for sure know I haven't learned to hit the thing any easier lol. I know, I know, i should...but whatever. The swinging hanging thingys just seem to be aching to be hit hard.
