How Many Times Per Week Do You Run

old fashioned trainers will tell you to run every damn day

but is it really necessary to do the miles 7 dayz a week

4 to 6 days per week works?

3 days max. When I was in my prime, 5 times a week, which was way too much and affected my knee

Nash hasn't ran for 8 years. Last time I ran was playing football (soccer) but stopped playing as it was starting to takes its toll with minor injuries, so I thought best to get out. Even though I'm inactive in terms of any real exercise, I'm in the same shape now (except stamina, I guess) as I was then, athletic (12 stone), muscular build. Nash is going to buy some home gym equipment though (used to go to the gym a lot when younger) just as he is 38 now and figures at some point he's going to start piling on some useless fat pounds without getting back in the game. Nash does get laid quite often and is a warrior typist. Maybe these things keep him in shape. Nash out.

Everyone needs their daily dose of Nash. Nash out. Nash is also known as "the great Nash" in parts of Mexico, Guatemala, and San Marino.

Cardio 5 times a week. The only time I don't do it is when lifting legs, which I do twice a week. 5 miles each time
