3-5 days a week, used to be 6 days with one recovery day.

It all depends on what your life/schedule/desire is like, my friend who works with me trains intensely for 6 days a week, while working and doing overtime.. but he has no gf.

I have a girl and several needs that a training regime can't satisfy. My girl does help me out and run with me when she can.

Train from 6:00am-8:00am in the mornings.
And then in the evenings from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
I train at an MMA gym, its the only combat gym in town. 2 of the 4 hours are usually spent on grappling **** (starting to find it boring!) The last 2 are spent on striking (Kickboxing, Boxing, etc)
Most of the time when we do grappling me and my boy usually just work the pads, trainer doesnt like that. I guess he wants us to be MMA fighters, even though I told him I dont want to.

Wednesdays and Saturdays are circuit training days, those are my favorite days. 2 hours each class of straight exercise!

that sucks man you should find a gym that offers what youre looking for and doesnt keep you from doing what you wanna do
