I'm not talking about an amateur kid, I was talking about myself.

I do around 1:45 on Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays, specifically boxing. I play football (soccer) training for 1:45 on Tuesdays and on Saturdays I either go out running ( 3 miles as fast as I can) or have a football match that's 90's mins long.

I also spend about 1:30 on Tuesdays doing other stuff and an extra 45 mins on a Wednesday.

Currently I do not train. I tried to the other day and it was unpleasant to say the least.

When I'm into it I go to the gym 5-6 days a week, 2-3 hours per session. Morning runs 3-5 times per week, or a 30-45 min jumprope session after training if I missed a run.

I personally see no reason a person can't train 3-4 hours. There's bound to be some rest breaks and downtime in there somewhere...
