      Fine, dont believe it then.
Wake up everyday at 5:00am, have a light breakfast and then head to the gym, 6 days a week.
Been training for almost 2 years now, I started going to the morning class in June when it started.
And it aint 4 hours of straight boxing (I wish), half the time is spent on grappling (lame)

The last 20 minutes of each class is sparring or rolling, as its called in Jiu-Jitsu. Cant do either now due to my dental braces for about a year.

that sucks man you should find a gym that offers what youre looking for and doesnt keep you from doing what you wanna do
Yeah, might be moving to Vancouver in September. Probably join one of the many clubs down there, IF I move down.
My trainer is huge fan of Boxing, always discussing fantasy match ups or current match ups. He HATES Mayweather and loves Pacquiao. I'm a huge fan of Mayweather, not so much a fan of Pacquiao. I watch his fights though, I always hope for his opponent to win (do the same thing with Khan)

I train at an MMA gym, its the only combat gym in town. 2 of the 4 hours are usually spent on grappling **** (starting to find it boring!) The last 2 are spent on striking (Kickboxing, Boxing, etc)
Most of the time when we do grappling me and my boy usually just work the pads, trainer doesnt like that. I guess he wants us to be MMA fighters, even though I told him I dont want to.

Wednesdays and Saturdays are circuit training days, those are my favorite days. 2 hours each class of straight exercise!
this what makes it obvious. you don;t know what trainer wants, but you guess he wants you be mma fighters etc. if you train professional way.. this is what I consider.. 6 days per week, 4 hrs per day. you and your coach should be best friends already, but so far.. you don't know whats going on in your gym.

also physicly, would be hard to train like that. you might make fools out of all these posters, I train professionaly and I know this is almsot impossible. unless you come and chill there all these hours

At the moment just trying to get back into some sort of rhythm, I got incredibly lazy over the last few months after 2 minor injuries and could really kick myself for that right now.
Before that it was 1.5 hours on 6 days per week and running each morning (this is the hardest to pick up again).

I'm having a break from boxing right now, just doing weights a few times a week. Should incorporate some more cardio too...
Haven't been running for a few weeks. I've gone from 132 to 145 in the 6 weeks. Gained some fat to my midsection but I've gotten stronger and heavier around my shoulders and chest.

When I was boxing though it was Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu in the boxing gym always. Fridays were either a rest or sparring at another gym. Saturdays either running on my own or intense sprints with the boxing team. Sundays either rest or a run. I sometimes ran in the mornings through the week, or did stair sprints after training. We did pretty intense conditioning on the bags as well or intense circuits.

When I was fighting it was generally 2.5-3 hours a day, 6 days a week. I would walk in weighing around 154 and leave weighing 147 or so. We always had the heat cranked to the max, Galaxy was a sweat box. James always had to have it that way because he was always drying out for fights. I actually came to love working in that heat. I'd run when I felt like it but when fights came close it was straight to the hills for my "running". I just always sparred alot of rounds for my wind...........Rockin'

I think if you're an am or pro, its ok to train 4-5 hours a day, but if you're an average joe like me who works and has other obligations, anything other than 2-3 hours a day is tough otherwise you let other things in life slip.
