at times your feet would get too close which is not a good thing because you cant move as quickly to avoid a punch or get out of the way. so from what i seen your balance and overall posture needs work. do you train at a gym?
you gotta watch how you shift your weight when you punch also, i noticed when you first started you started throwing a couple lead lefts but if you miss with one of those you will be in trouble and definitely off balance

no lol im just working out at home
i want to lose weight first at home then try gym later
thanks for the advice i might try that
You seem to be off-balance a lot, almost tripping over yourself at times. It's expected when first beginning and will improve, just as long as you are aware when your footing is off.
First thing you did wrong it seems is that you didnt get a trainer.
Punches dont come out straight
You drop your hands after everything you do
Your body is too stiff and tense
Your feet cross
Chin isnt tucked
No exhaling
Theres just nothing there that shows me you've been formally trained. No matter what I or anyone says here on this forum it cant help if you havent been trained.
Theres no extension in your punches, it almost looks like you're hitting a speed bag. You're back foot jumps off the ground too much. Need more waist movement.
