This fcuker couldn't go 1 day without talking about black people. Just 1!!
Why is this sad ass POS always googling something about black people? I can easily go MONTHS not logging into this site.
That's literally almost 160 days straight where Dempsey has talked about black people morning, noon and night. And that's just me counting this year LMAO
This is a 60 year old, unemployed white supremacist. Go figure LMAOJimRaynor likes this.

This place is fuvvcking toxic, man. It's gotten to the point that everything I read about that involves race I think, I should go post this at the boxing forum. But then I think...for what? And why feed into the racist bs that exist there. Then you visit on the eve of Canelo fighting and all you see is trash like this. It's exhausting.
And boo hoo...the workers have to learn about racism. Some of the posters here need critical race theory, as far as I can see. But to your point, this is just perpetuating the dumb shlt we see here over and over. Of course the dude can do what he wants, but you have to ask yourself at some point....why????GhostofDempsey likes this.

If people just allow stuff like this, we'll someday live in a world where everyone just thinks and looks the same. So yes, racism bad, but so is forcing everyone to think the same. How about they let employees think for themselves and if any of them turn out to be racist, they fire them? There's a novel concept. Nothing wrong with being anti racist, but there is something wrong with this overly *******, analyzing every little word, dunking on people, woke s**thead culture.
“take ownership of educating yourself about structural anti-black racism."
It simply means you can educate yourself instead of imposting on your black colleagues to help you understand everything.

I've seen many people here say that there is no systemic racism in America. The evidence shows that they are wrong, and I certainly think it would help if they were aware that they are wrong about that.
Maybe they want to make sure their employees, who are supposed to make everyone feel comfortable, don't do dumb shlt like this:Last edited by travestyny; 05-09-2021, 05:01 PM.

These people make up a very small % of the population and social media. I don't understand why their voice gets so much attention to and why they seem to have So much power, these have to be the same people who infiltrated even the video game community.
I thought he had to kiss her to save her life or she would never wake up?
I wish people with power or the country as a whole start ignoring these ****** issues about things that don't effect no one.
It seems almost like it's done to stir up resentment with *************

If they didn't have programs like that, most people likely wouldn't look into it on their own. Maybe they believe that it will make for a better work environment, or in general, a better world. What's wrong with that? The workers are free to make up their own minds yet.

It's a way for employers to not have to do their jobs. If people believe there isn't racism out there, that's the fault of parents and the school system, not employers. Disney workers are there to work, not improve race relations. They're not the NAACP. And if racism is so important to them, the Disney corporation shouldn't be telling them to "reject equality". That should be something to strive for.
It's obviously not only about overtly doing racist things. It's about a deeper understanding. I don't see why there is an issue with their working for all people to understand these things. It would be one thing if what they are guarding against didin't exist, but it clearly does. They want their employees to have this greater understanding. So the flip side to what you are saying is that if the employees don't like it, then they should find another job.
