What is the point? I never said Holmes ducked anyone. Regardless, Ali fought better opposition, not Holmes fault.

Ali was so past it when he fought Holmes... Your really bringing that fight up? On an equal basis Ali was stronger fighter, what does years have to do with it? I don't know when Ali was suffiently degraded so Holmes would win anymore than I know what version of Holmes would have been enough to fight Tyson effectively.

Holmes had some good victories but Shavers and Norton were later opponents for Ali and not the best he fought. Norton got a gift against Young so I do not shed tears that Ali got a gift...
